Data Voluntarily Provided by Users

Why do we process this information? Purposes of processing and legal grounds
To provide answers or services you request, including enabling account creation, sending information from Future Me, and issuing alerts via push notifications. This includes verifying your identity, assisting in case of lost or forgotten login or password details, allowing the creation and maintenance of a registered user profile, processing transactions and enrollments you request, contacting you when necessary, and responding to your requests and inquiries, including emails. Future Me also processes payments and delivers any other requested services, such as providing newsletters you have subscribed to and fulfilling purchase orders or delivering products acquired through the app.
Processing for these purposes does not require your consent, as it is necessary to provide the services you request and, therefore, to fulfill an agreement to which you are a party or to implement measures requested by you prior to entering into an agreement. While it is not mandatory to provide your personal data for these purposes, failure to do so may prevent Future Me from delivering the requested services.
Future Me may also process personal data for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes. This includes conducting direct marketing activities, studies, research, market surveys, and providing updates on Future Me’s products and services. These activities aim to provide users with an improved and engaging experience and are based on Future Me’s legitimate interest in app development and service optimization.
Users are not required to provide personal data to browse public areas of the app. However, certain features and services may require personal data submission, which will be clearly indicated during the registration or service request process. Failure to provide this data may limit access to specific features or services.
Who will be able to access your Personal Data?
In the framework of its activities and for the purposes outlined above, your Personal Data may be shared with the following entities ("Recipients"):
Duly appointed data processors who provide specific processing or accessory services on behalf of FIL Inc. (e.g., data storage, message delivery, web hosting, contest management, customer service, IT services related to app operation, email communication). These entities process Personal Data under FIL Inc.’s instructions and after their data protection practices have been thoroughly assessed and formalized through a data processing agreement. Selected individuals authorized by FIL Inc. to process Personal Data strictly for activities directly related to providing app services (e.g., technical maintenance of network equipment and communication systems). These individuals are either bound by confidentiality agreements or subject to appropriate legal confidentiality obligations (e.g., employees of FIL Inc.).

Most of your Personal Data and preferences can be managed and updated directly in your Future Me user profile within the app, where applicable.
